We are committed to education in polymer science and engineering at all levels at DTU. This includes courses for the Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and Ph.D. educations. The introductory courses primarily aim at providing the candidates sufficient background in the chemistry and structure of polymers so they can make rational choices for polymeric materials for given applications. The more advanced courses will introduce the candidates to current research so they can contribute to the development of novel polymeric materials with specific functionality not present in available materials.
A Master program in polymer engineering is available in the form of a study line under the Master program in Advanced and Applied Chemistry.
